Jørgen Reimer Jensen has joined NORDIA Law Firm as partner effective as of 17 October 2011. Jørgen Reimer Jensen has many years of experience working with corporate law, M&A, capital markets and securities law.

Jørgen’s portfolio of clients comprises Danish as well as foreign companies, banks and state owned corporates and he has over the years worked on a number of the largest transactions in the Danish market.

Jørgen has for many years been listed among the leading lawyers in Denmark within his field. His joining of NORDIA Law Firm is to be seen in light of the firm’s enhanced focus on M&A, capital markets and securities law. Also, Jørgen will contribute to further cementing NORDIA’s position in the international legal market.

Jørgen Reimer Jensen

Jørgen Reimer Jensen holds a Master of Law degree from University of Copenhagen. He was admitted to the Danish bar in 1985 and was granted right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court in 1990. In 1986 Jørgen Reimer Jensen graduated with an LL.M. from The University of Michigan Law School after which he worked for a period with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Jørgen Reimer Jensen has been a partner with Bech-Bruun for more than 20 years. Through his education and practise he has solid experience working on transactions in various jurisdictions.
